How we sign up for Sin Título Events?

You can find all of our RSVP events on our website under the Events tab.

Do Sin Título events allow for walk-ins?

We do not allow for day of walk-ins without a ticket. If there is capacity at the start time of the event, we may offer a ticket to be purchase on-site. However, if an event is at capacity, we unfortunately cannot accommodate an non-tickets folks.

I only received a confirmation email after RSVPing, what’s next?

You're all set to arrive the day of the event with your confirmation order # in hand to check-in with our staff.

I purchase an event ticket(s) but can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Are event tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to other individuals if you wish to have someone else use your ticket.

Can I arrive late to a Sin Título event?

We do layer in a 15 minute grace period for our event unless stated otherwise. It is not recommended, but we try our best to allow for late arrivals. There is however a risk you miss a part of the itinerary activities. We recommend emailing us 48 hours prior to the event date to let our staff know and make any accommodation plans.

How long does a physical order take?

An order can take up to two weeks to fulfill for shipping/pick-up on average. We are a one woman show most of the times and are working on making the process more seamless. Many of our items are handmade by our co-founder and/or our co-founders’ mom. We try our best to get you your order as soon as possible. We make everything made to order as we are still building our customer base and don’t have the current funds to have a full inventory stock of every item in every size. We thank you for your patience in advance and are always open to having a conversation about your order via email to see if we can work to get your order to you faster.

What shipping service do you use?

For our domestic shipping, we use USPS as our preferred carrier.

How does the pick-up option work for physical orders?

We currently have a Pochos pick-up option for local Chicago folks that would like to save on shipping for a Pilsen pick-up and/or would like to have a meal at Pochos after picking up your order.

Do you offer order refunds?

We do not offer any refunds for our products or events at this time.
