Do you offer a pick-up option?
Yes we offer local pick-up in the Chicagoland area. Select ‘Local Pick-Up’ upon checkout and we will email the pick-up location.
Do you offer custom apparel?
We do have custom options available for a few of our items on the site. If you wish to have a custom item that you don’t see available, email us at sintituloshop@gmail.com with a detailed description of your order.
Are all items hand dyed?
Yes, all of our mentioned dyed products are fabric dyed by hand. Each item has a unique dye.
What are the care instructions?
As each item is dyed/bleached, we recommend to wash alone and in cold water with the garment inside out. Hang to dry. After the first wash, it can be washed with other similar colored garments in cold water.
How does your sizing work?
All of our sizing is unisex measurements. We also offer the size worn by each model in our description.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our average order turn around is roughly 2 weeks as we make everything in-house by hand. If a time constant is present for a particular order, please reach out to sintituloshop@gmail.com with the urgency as well as the order #.
What is your return policy?
All of our orders are final sale.
Can I exchange my item?
At the moment, we do not offer item exchanges.
